Jones, Powell & Stevens - Client Portal
The Jones, Powell & Stevens Client Portal allows landlords and property managers to submit and track their cases online. The portal system will also send update emails to clients as cases progress.
Clients must register for an account before they can use the portal. Clients will be notified when their account becomes active after approval by Jones, Powell & Stevens.
Property managers who will be filing cases in the names of separate property owners/entities and landlords who have more than one leasing entity can request the option to create subaccounts for each owner/entity. The option to request creation of subaccounts will be available when a main account is registered, or it can be requested later. Both main accounts and subaccounts must be approved by Jones, Powell & Stevens before they become active. Clients will be notified when main accounts and subaccounts are approved. Subaccounts are necessary because the portal will not permit the same email address to be associated with more than one main account.
